We Are Moving!

We are excited to announce that we are moving to a new office!

The new office is bigger, brighter and better located for both customers and suppliers. To go with our new premises, we will be changing our name to DS Creative

New Address: Unit 23, President Buildings Office Park, Savile Street East, S4 7UQ

How to get there.

It is situated just outside of the city centre so it is easy and quick to get to by car or public transport. If you travel to us by car, we have free car parking spaces right outside. The 52 bus stops 5 mins walk from our new premises.

When are we moving?

Our last day of operation in our current Crookes location is Friday 8th April and we will be opening our doors at our new premises on Monday 11th April.

Why are we moving?

We have been at our Crookes premises for over 6 years now and have completely outgrown the space. To accommodate our growing customer base and our expanding team, we needed somewhere larger with a better environment and experience for customers to visit and chat with us. We also wanted more space to give us the opportunity to invest in new equipment to provide greater efficiency, quality and choice for our customers. Our new space provides us with all of this and more.

Our telephone number will stay exactly the same:

However our email address and web address will be changing:

Don't worry though - If you contact us at info@dscreative.co.uk or visit www.dscreative.co.uk you'll still be able to reach us!

Our opening hours will also be the same:
Mon – Fri 9.30 – 5.30

Will anything change with the move?

The new premises will allow us to provide a better environment and better customer service to all of our customers. However, the services we offer and the nature of how we operate will be the same.

As always, you are welcome to come in and chat about projects. We will still have a collection service or if you prefer we can deliver your order to you directly. If you would like to find out more about our collection and delivery services click here.

Our dedication to you

Although we are moving, we are dedicated to ensuring all of our services are easily available to our customers.

For those that usually collect their goods, we offer a competitive delivery service. We can also provide telephone and email consultations for our services and can take confirmation of order by email or over the phone.

What’s good about the new premises?

The new office is a lot larger, meaning we will have a dedicated space to meet with our customers. The location is more central so it will be easier for suppliers and customers to visit us. Parking is free and easy; we have dedicated car parking spaces right outside of our office. We will also have a new meeting room to run better website training sessions. We can't wait for you to see it!
